John Decker
President and Director of Flight Operations. Over 25 years of experience in the field of aviation. ATP Rated pilot. Responsible for overall operation of company and aircraft.


Nick Venn
Chief Pilot. Over 25 years experience in the field of aviation. ATP Rated pilot. Responsible for day-to-day aircraft operations and flight crew oversight. Interfaces with the F.A.A. on regulatory issues.


Steven Chernik
Comptroller/Operations Manager. Over 10 years of experience in the field of aviation. Supervises financial affairs. Manages a staff of personnel responsible for daily office operations. Responsible for company wide aircraft scheduling and dispatching.


Jason Kodess
Director of Flight Standards. Over 20 years experience in the field of aviation. Line Captain/Check Airman. Extensive background with Part 121/135 flight standards and crew training. Interfaces with F.A.A. on training/regulatory issues. Responsible for standardization and training of all company pilots.


Ken Lavine
Director of Maintenance. Over 18 years experience in the field of aircraft maintenance. Experience includes Field Service Representative with Bombardier. Currently responsible for the day-to-day aircraft maintenance, maintenance oversight and maintenance planning. Interfaces with the FAA on a regulatory basis.
